Main responsibilities:
- Support people with disabilities living in their own home
- Support with day-to-day living
- Assist with daily tasks
- Assistance/Supervision of client’s medication requirements
- Support clients to attend medical appointments
- Accommodate changes in line with principles of continuous improvement
- Respond to crisis within specified guidelines and seek assistance

Main responsibilities:
- Provide safe and effective client centered nursing care, both clinical and non-clinical
- Work with clients to identify goals for life improvements
- Report incidents and document through Incident Register. Act according to the policies and procedures of IHC
- Involve clients and their carers in planning to meet client needs
- Recognise and address clients` and carers` concerns and take action accordingly
- Manage complaints and take action as required under NDIS standards
- Always maintain confidentiality relating to clients, colleagues and the organisation
- Always maintain client Privacy and Dignity
- Treating clients with respect and equality while being responsive to their needs
- Maintain and promote appropriate Hygiene and infection control measures
